The Bicentennial Theatre is a "not for profit" community facility. All rental fees go back to the organization to maintain the facility or to assist with the cost of providing entertainment for your enjoyment. The facility provides meeting rooms for rent or the main floor can be rented for a banquet or reception. The Main Stage Theatre, on the 2nd floor, is also available for private rental.
The Musquodoboit Valley Lions Club meets regularly in one of the meeting rooms on the lower level and we also provide space for the Musquodoboit Valley Food Bank on that level.

• All rentals require a damage deposit in the amount of $50 payable at time of signing.
• All rentals requiring technical support must consult with Theatre technicians before rental is final.
• Rentals are not final until all payments have been received.

|Cancellation Policy – 20% of the rental fee will be retained by the Theatre for administration costs. Exceptions are at the discretion of Board of Directors. In the event the Theatre must cancel the event, rent will be refunded in full and renter waives any claim against the Theatre.|
