Basic Rent A – $125

• License fee for events using recorded and/or live music
• use of tea/coffee urns, refrigerator and cups/saucers

Basic Rent C (Dances) – $340

• six hours of rental time
• license fee for events using recorded and/or live music with dancing
• use of second stage
• tables and chairs
• use of tea/coffee urns, refrigerator and cups/saucers
• bar services with security included.

Additional hours beyond A or B above – $30/hr

Bar Services – $25
(Additional to Basic Rent A and B)
Conditions:  Premises must be  vacated  by 1am.  Special liquor license and/or bar stocked items must be arranged and confirmed with bar manager at time of booking.  Special license or requests must be attached to rental.

Security – $80
Conditions:  Theatre provides Bar and
Security Staff.

Technical Services:

• Up to two wired microphones $25
• Technical staff and additional equipment up to eight inputs and two monitors $100
• further requirements can be negotiated

Projector and Screen – $25

Kitchen – $25
Kitchen must be booked for those events in which a meal is being prepared.
Includes use of all kitchen equipment, food preparation time prior to event.
Preparation time must be arranged at time of booking.

Optional Theatre Clean-up Main Floor After an Event – $50

Decorating Time – No Charge
Conditions:  Must not conflict with regular scheduled Theatre events. Must be arranged at time of booking.  Decorations are
responsibility of renter.

Second Floor:

Basic Rent A – $350

• four hours rental time
• does include Stage lights
• does not include sound
• does not include technician time

Basic Rent B – $500

• two hours of performance time plus intermission
• includes sound and/or lights
• technician time
• sound check  (starting three hours before performance)
• use of dressing room
• ushers
• front of house and merchandise sales by arrangement
• promotion on theatre website, Facebook page, and display sign

Additional Performance Time:

• Hourly rate $100
