Unbeknownst to each other, both Mrs. and Mr. O’Lander get wind of a building for sale. Each wants to buy it for their own reason, and hope to surprise the other with their purchase. Caught in the middle is Ike, their lawyer, who is sworn to secrecy and completely tangled up in the O’Lander’s bidding war. How could this possibly end well?
